BundleCraft terms of service
The agreement between Slatehouse and merchants using the BundleCraft app.
These terms govern your use of the BundleCraft app for Shopify, operated by Slatehouse (Fabian Eppinger, Munich, Germany). By installing the app you accept these terms. The general Slatehouse terms of service apply in addition.
BundleCraft lets you offer mix-and-match product bundles with tiered automatic discounts, rendered via a theme app block and enforced at checkout through Shopify’s cart transform. The app depends on the Shopify platform and its APIs; features may change where Shopify’s platform changes.
You remain responsible for your store’s pricing and discount strategy and for verifying that bundles and tiers are configured as intended — test your configuration before high-stakes campaigns.
I aim for high availability but the app is provided without a guaranteed uptime. Bundle grouping and discounting run inside Shopify’s checkout infrastructure once configured.
To the maximum extent permitted by German law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and for slight negligence only for breaches of essential contractual duties, capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You can end the agreement at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify Admin. Bundles stop applying immediately (see the privacy policy for data handling).
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Munich.
